Alberto Bellorin
Mr. Bellorín brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas space to InterCapital Energy. Previously he served as Managing Director of AB Capital Holding, a private equity firm catering to LatAm oil and gas opportunities located in Miami, Florida.
Mr. Bellorín has extensive experience in capital markets, investment banking, M&A, public companies and project funding among other areas. His career began in the oil and gas sector at Petroleos de Venezuela-PDVSA (Maraven) where he was part of a multidisciplinary financial team that covered several key financial areas including capital markets, strategic planning, corporate finance, and M&A. Mr. Bellorín has a broad understanding of the oil and gas upstream sectors, excellent financial skills in project appraisal and strategic planning, and a strong command of capital markets and project financing.
Mr. Bellorín holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Arizona, and B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Kogod School of Business at American University, Washington D.C. He has attended several post-graduate courses at Georgetown University, University of Antwerp, Belgium, the New York Institute of Finance and Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.
